Since joining Golden Trade Srl in 2018, Mr. Lattanzio has been instrumental in expanding the company’s operations, particularly in Ghana, Africa, where he established a strong foothold in the gold trading market. His strategic vision and business development expertise led to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in 2022. In this role, he oversees financial planning, investment strategy, and risk management for the organization.

Afua Konadu Mensah
Afua Konadu Mensah is an experienced business operations professional with over 12 years working experience spanning across industries including Banking, Digital transformation, and Telecommunications (Fiber Optics and Fintech). She has worked in various multinationals including General Electric, Google, CSquared, and MTN in capacities as Commercial Operations Manager, Business Manager and Fintech Operations Manager.
Prior to joining MTN Mobile Money Limited as Fintech Operations Manager primarily responsible for managing and executing operational projects within the division, Afua worked as a Commercial Operations Manager for Google and CSquared, where she worked with various stakeholders to formulate commercial proposals and appraise new products.
As a Business Manager at General Electric (GE) for the Digital, Gas and Power businesses, Afua was involved in driving the strategy, planning, and coordinating resources for various projects. She as well managed General Electric’s strategic relationships with government agencies and stakeholders.
Afua has experience in the banking sector, having worked with Barclays Bank (now Absa), Fidelity and Stanbic banks in various capacities in the areas of banking operations, sales, and relationship management.
She is currently the Deputy Head for Corporate Affairs and External Relations at the Minerals Income Investment Fund, a sovereign wealth Fund, and is responsible for establishing the strategy and policy direction for internal and external communications as well as corporate relations of the Fund. As Deputy Head of corporate Affairs, Afua also provides an oversight to develop strategy and programmes for the Fund’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities. In addition, she provides stakeholder management and external relations to corporate organisations and other stakeholders.
She sits on the Board of Donewell as a Non-Executive Director for the Insurance Company.
She is the Executive Director of Yhalis, a multifaceted digital PR Agency in Ghana. She leads the strategic focus of the company, engaging C-Suite Executives to create cutting edge campaigns that drive results for their companies.
She holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the University of South Wales (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon. She also holds a Certificate in Professional Project Management from the Project Management Institute, Ghana. Afua is a product of Wesley Girls High School Cape Coast.

Mark Otumfuo is an Information Systems Analyst with a Master of Science in Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology, both from GIMPA, along with a Certificate in Networking from the African Virtual University. His love for tech began during the inception of Web 1.0, and he’s remained engaged ever since. Today, his interest lies in Web3, where he explores its underlying technologies.
Having worked with several startup companies as a web developer and systems analyst, Mark understands first hand the challenges of building systems from scratch. His experience spans secure cloud infrastructure, systems architecture, digital investigations, and full-stack development.
With a background that combines technical depth and startup experience, Mark brings a rare mix of skills to the table. Being able to understand both the code and the business impact behind it allows him to spot opportunities, identify risks, and guide smarter investment decisions thereby, making him a trusted voice in the firm’s technical due diligence process. However, whether it’s code, cloud, or data, he operates on three core principles: clarity, performance, and proof.
In his role as the firm’s IT go to person, Mark is involved in technical reviews and translates complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the advisory team. He also develops the firm’s internal IT strategy, and keeps an eye on emerging technologies that could enhance the productivity of the organisation.
Outside of work, he loves music and also a lifelong football enthusiast and former amateur league player until a career ending injury, known as “old age,” took him off the pitch. He now channels his passion into Fantasy Football, a game he approaches with the same strategic and analytical mindset he brings to tech. An approach that earned him a top 20 finish in Ghana during the 2023/24 season, and he continues to make strides in this data-driven sport.
